everMovement's Philosophy:
Movement isn’t something we add to life. It’s how we live it. Through the body, we sense the world, adapt to it and respond to it. Every movement changes something: how we feel, what we can do and where we go next. To move better, we should start by understanding the Body.
The body isn’t fixed; it evolves through experience, shaped by time, repetition and awareness. Real change doesn’t come from forcing it. It comes from attention, consistency and letting progress build step by step. There’s no single “right way” to move, because every body carries its own history and develops in its own way.
everMovement is a space for that process, where movement becomes experience and experience becomes change.
Who am I and how do I work:
I'm a certified physiotherapist with a passion for movement, training and long-term development. I work with people who are eager to understand their bodies better. Whether they're dealing with pain, recovering from an injury or aiming to move and perform with more confidence, I'm here to support them along their journey.
My professional background includes not only Physiotherapy but also Osteopathy, Fitness Training, Rehabilitation sports, Fascia Training, Neurology and Nutritional counseling. This extensive experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the human body and a holistic approach to patient care.
I truly believe that everything we experience, happens through the Body. Our physical system is a remarkable thing, shaping how we feel, act and interact with the world around us. That's why Listening to the Body is such a central part of my work. Pain, tension and limitations are not problems to fight, but signals to understand.
My approach is grounded in the fascinating field of Neuroplasticity, which posits that the body and nervous system possess remarkable abilities to adapt, learn and reorganize through movement and experience.
Movement is a form of learning, not just exercise. When body awareness improves and the nervous system responds differently, lasting change becomes possible.
I believe that the concept of "slow is often the new fast" holds significant value. Sustainable progress does not result from imposing change or pursuing immediate solutions. Rather, it is achieved by establishing the appropriate conditions for long-term adaptation.
Every body is different and reacts differently, which makes it all the more interesting. That's why I work with individual assessment and specialized treatment, rather than standard programs.
My work is centered around making life better for my clients. That includes reducing pain, improving movement and building confidence that lasts.
