for me, it started with a passion for how the body learns, adapts, rewires and finds new paths through experience. in my years as a physiotherapist and PT, I’ve repeatedly observed how movement shapes not only muscles but also the mind.

this is the foundation of neuroplasticity: our ability to change and grow at any age through awareness and practice.

I know that starting can feel uncertain. fear of injury and doubt about your limits are natural. but with the right guidance and your willingness to listen to your body, those fears can become opportunities for growth. together, we’ll explore how movement reshapes the body and mind, step by step.
